How the post looks
- A seriously good editor
Formatting, links, hidden text, buttons under the post and up to ten photos or videos in one publication. Caption above the media, forward protection, slideshow and spoiler — every switch is right there.
- Premium emoji
Telegram's animated emoji work inside the post text, and no Telegram Premium subscription is needed for it: the bot carries them itself.
- Drafts
Save an unfinished post and come back to it later: drafts sit in their own list under the editor, open back into it in one tap and are visible to everyone with access to the chat settings.
When it lives
- Scheduled posting
Pick a day and a time — the post goes out on its own. The whole queue is right there as a list, with drafts waiting next to it.
- Scheduling calendar
The queue lives on a calendar: every post sits on its own day, and moving it to another day or hour is a drag with the mouse — no need to reopen the editor and retype the date.

Questions people ask before adding the first source
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan gives 5 sources, checks them every 8 hours and delivers photos, links and small videos. Paid plans add speed, more sources and the processing pipeline. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial.
Can the bot post to my channel or group?
Yes. Add @AximoBot to the channel or group as an administrator with the right to post, then forward any message from that chat to the bot or mention it there. From then on you manage that chat’s sources from your private dialogue with the bot.
Can it post under my own bot’s name?
Yes, on the Expert plan and above. Create a bot in @BotFather, give Aximo its token and add your bot to the chat as an administrator. Posts will carry your bot’s name and avatar.
What media does Aximo deliver?
Photos, videos, albums, documents and audio arrive as native Telegram media, not links. Aximo downloads the video from the platform itself and delivers it at your plan’s maximum quality: the free plan has a file-size ceiling, paid plans raise it, and very large files are split into parts.
What happens to a post before it is published?
Between the source and your chat every post goes through a pipeline: filters — stop words, allow lists, media types, regular expressions, duplicates and near-duplicates, an AI filter by meaning; text replacements; auto-translation; AI processing — a summary, a rewrite, your own prompt; your message template; and image processing — your watermark and the blurring of someone else’s logos. Every step is switched on separately, for one source or for the whole chat.
How fast do posts arrive?
Free sources are checked every 8 hours, Pro every 30 minutes, Expert every 10, Ultra and Omega every 5. Any single source can be moved to a 30, 60 or 120-second check with the fast-check add-on. Instagram, Facebook and X are checked less often because of their limits.
Can it pull data from private accounts?
No. Aximo works only with publicly available sources: open profiles, channels and feeds. It does not read locked accounts or anything visible to subscribers only.
What if Instagram or X blocks the bot?
Aximo pulls data both through third-party APIs and through solutions of our own: a pool of hundreds of proxies and mobile gateways, several fallback methods per platform. Stability is high but not guaranteed: the platforms fight scraping, and a source can be delayed while a method is rebuilt.
Can I review posts before they go out?
Yes. Moderation mode sends every post to a private channel first; you edit, approve or drop it. Posts you do not get to can be auto-published after a delay you set.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from inside the bot — cancellation prevents future charges, and your Premium access continues until the end of the current period.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never touch MadBots servers. The provider manages billing, receipts, VAT and chargebacks on our behalf.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and a range of local payment methods depending on your region — selectable at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Email support@madbots.dev with your order ID; refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days. Renewals are not refundable, but cancelling stops any further charge.
